In the book, Mills discusses details of the trial stake also questions Christian's allegations anti Hudson.[82]

The story of Hudson's marriage was depicted in the 1990 Television film Rock Hudson, starring Nymph Ashbrook as Gates and Clocksmith Ian Griffith as Hudson.
Hudson is portrayed by Jake Electing in the 2020 miniseries Hollywood, a revisionist tale of post-World War II Hollywood.[83]
